Amazing place (with caveats)
The apartment is super well equipped, clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. You just need to know where you are going: everywhere in the Old Town there is noise non stop all night. So it’s an amazing place if you can sleep with noise/earplugs, but if you can’t, it’s best to stay in other areas. Maybe installing noise isolation windows would help since now these are quite old. The entrance is fine for able bodied people; you just need to open both doors if you have lugagge(but it is not accessible for disabled people). All in all I loved the stay, and if you can sleep with noise and are able bodied, you can love it too.

Cozy apartment in the center of Seville.
Very central location, well maintained and super clean. The manager has always been very attentive and responsive by email and check-in and check-out were super easy.
The ceiling is a little low and we could not use the coffee machine because the stove did not detect it.

Excellent
The location of the apartment is the best in the world, all the sights are within walking distance, the apartment is tiny and modest, but has everything you need to enjoy Seville. Created to sleep in a comfortable bed, refresh yourself (nice bathroom with a shower for 2 people) and eat breakfast in the morning ... :) For this price you live in the heart of the city in an old tenement house with street sounds .. but it does the atmosphere rather than disturb to sleep....
The entrance staircase and balcony are quite narrow in my opinion, not very suitable for people who are very overweight or very tall
